Structural Integration is a hands-on approach to the body, working layer by layer to restore dense fascia to its original gel-like state. Starting with the surface layers and working to the deeper layers, we free the fascial web, so that ultimately the muscles can function independently using fascia as a lubricant. The aim of Structural Integration is to create a central axis around which the body can move freely, so that it can access the energy of gravity.
